We're more than just a fitness & mental wellness organization; we're a movement dedicated to creating a welcoming space for individuals of all abilities to connect & belong. Our mission
At Lift Eachother Empowerment, while we are partnering with established adaptive fitness franchise “Special Strong” to foster a community where everyone feels included, valued, and empowered. We strive to do so in a way that is unique to us and our life experiences, We plan to provide adaptive fitness opportunities for people with mental and physical disabilities, alongside traditional fitness programs for all! We also plan to host community events like: Holiday parties, Friday Night Flix: weekly movie night included with membership, community clean-ups, Helpful Hands Club: organized outreach efforts for resolvable issues that impact the houseless & many more possibilities! We plan to listen to our community on ways we can help anyone who need it!
